10 years after a mysterious meteorite crashes to Earth, people called "Rams Carriers" develop superhuman abilities called "Rams". However, those who develop these special abilities can only survive in the presence of the "Mebius Dust" released by a giant crystal, and so they are forbidden from leaving the town of Shinkatsushika.Within Shinkatsushika, Rams Carrier children use their Rams to play a territory-conquering game to alleviate their boredom at being unable to leave town.
